True love ''sacrifice'', love of a father for her daughter। This was happened when the space shuttle Atlantis suddenly destroyed and soon after New York City struck by an meteor shower। Discovering that there is asteroid the size of texas headed towards planet earth, and they have only a few time to head off the disaster। A team of oil workers led by Harry Stamper (Bruce Willis) is quickly trained to become astronauts so that they can drill into the asteroid and set off nuclear bomb in its core, thereby splitting it in half and saving the world। But that's easier said than done.
Movie Armageddon was pretty touches my heart, as in the climax of the story where there's nothing to do but one must need to sacrifice life. The scenario where A.J Frost (Ben Affleck) choose to be one had to sacrifice his life in order to released the bomb to save the earth, deep pain and thinking for Harry S. Stamper (Bruce Willis) that the man of her only one daughter Grace Stamper (Liv Tayler) was going to die, suddenly a hard feeling as a father lies with Harry therefore he choose himself to be the one who do the task. I love the moment when a man of her daughter and the father of his love one say '' tell her that i love her so much'' but then the father said. '' please take care of my daughter'', and the scenario where Harry talk to grace.. wow.. my heart broken and cant help myself but cry.
